On Tuesday, June 2, 2026, we had the pleasure of hosting an international cohort of students pursuing their Master's degree in the "Master in Food Technology" program at the Faculty of Food Sciences of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, in cooperation with the Department of Process Engineering at Offenburg University of Applied Sciences.
During the visit, our guests explored the Institute's activities, learned about projects underway in the Technology and Implementation Department, and toured our Pilot Plant and Research Laboratories. Students also attended a lecture titled "Practical Applications of Artificial Intelligence in the Dairy Sector" and engaged in lively discussions on modern technologies and emerging challenges in the industry.
We would like to thank all participants for their active involvement, intriguing questions, and inspiring discussions. These annual student visits are an essential component of the partnership between the Dairy Industry Innovation Institute and the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. We believe this encounter was a truly rewarding experience that broadened their horizons regarding professional and scientific career pathways in the dairy sector, inspiring the next generation of specialists and innovators.
