Laboratory Analyses

The Institute’s Research Laboratory offers professional analyses in the following areas:

  Physicochemical analyses of dairy products › : testing of proteins, fat, dry matter, sugars, minerals, and fatty acid profile.

  Microbiological testing of food & environment › : food, feed, packaging, and environmental production swabs (pathogenic & technical flora, bacteriophages).

  Water, wastewater & sludge testing › : physicochemical testing of process water, industrial wastewater, and sludge.
• ✓
  Packaging materials & package testing › : gas permeability (O₂, CO₂, water vapor) and specific migration.

The Institute’s Research Laboratory is accredited by the Polish Center for Accreditation (PCA) - Certificate No. AB 1447. The laboratory also holds approval of the Chief Veterinary Officer as an official laboratory in accordance with the Veterinary Inspection Act of 29 January 2004 (as amended) in the field of safety of animal-derived products (milk and dairy products), to ensure the protection of public health.

Analyses are performed according to international ISO/IDF standards, ADPI recommendations (Bulletin W-16 & Bulletin No. 916), AOAC, and validated proprietary protocols tailored to individual client specifications.

The Dairy Industry Innovation Institute Ltd. carries out work for clients in the field of product quality, technological processes, and correct operation of technological devices. The above-mentioned work and solutions for operational challenges in production plants are developed in the form of expert opinions, studies for the industry, and official institute evaluations.
