Infrastructure & Laboratories
Advanced analytical instrumentation, innovative pilot-scale processing lines, and modern certified research laboratories.
Pilot Plant ("Mini-Dairy Manufacture")
The Department of Technology and Implementation is responsible for developing new products, detailed formulations of innovative dairy products, production technologies, conducting laboratory-scale trials and tests, as well as pilot-scale production in the Pilot Plant.
The department also supervises the implementation of new technologies in production plants on an industrial scale. Main effort is placed on improving dairy product quality by replacing preservatives and stabilizers with ecological and health-promoting additives, and utilizing by-products and waste generated in dairy processing.
The pilot plant is equipped with Clean-in-Place (CIP) washing stations, ensuring hygienic cleaning in compliance with strict food industry standards.
