On May 5–7, 2026, the IDF/ISO Analytical Week took place in Bern, Switzerland – the annual meeting of dairy industry experts. During the event, specialists worked on the joint IDF/ISO standardisation work programme for milk and dairy products. It was a key meeting that fostered valuable connections, discussed current sector needs and challenges, and enabled an exchange of experience with testing solution providers regarding the latest advancements.
This year, the expert group was joined by two representatives from our Institute – Dr. Eng. Anna Kaliszewska-Suchodoła and Dr. Eng. Aleksandra Grześkiewicz, who actively participated in programme work and workshops.
The business sessions were open exclusively to IDF and ISO members, whereas the open symposium brought together laboratory managers, scientists, and analysts. Participants had the opportunity to network, exchange ideas on modern analytical solutions, and initiate new joint projects.
