An employee of the Dairy Industry Innovation Institute, Mr. Mariusz Śliwiński, has become a member of the Standardization Council for its 5th term – a collegial advisory and consultative body of the Polish Committee for Standardization (PKN). The Council's tasks include providing opinions on the state and directions of development of standardization; motions for the establishment and dissolution of Technical Committees; internal regulations of PKN concerning the development of standardizing documents and draft standardizing documents in whose elaboration PKN participates, pursuant to the rules specified in PKN internal regulations.
The candidacy of Mr. Mariusz Śliwiński for election to the Standardization Council was submitted by the Polish Chamber of Milk.
